Not so bad, but the engine has no valve seals, big oil consumption? Or not? Tomorrow look into further, valve grinding e.t.c.

no use oil. but all Contact set and carburetor adjusted incorrectly |

1) surface check- flat! =OK 2) Valve grinding and polishing 3) leakage check vithout valve springs= no any fluid drops within 1 hour. 4) cleaning and assembling After the assembly set correctly adjusted valve clearance Good luck and make a final photo.
